Valerie began working at GMHC as a support staff team member. In July 2013, she became the Operations Manager and Support Staff Supervisor. February 2013 brought even more additional duties, being assigned Supervisor of the Livingston Mental Health Support Staff Team. She enjoys how the diversity of her job duties allows her to wear many different hats throughout each day, as well as providing support to staff in both the Bozeman and Livngston Offices. She is honored to be a part of a team that provides so many positive services for our clients and community. The staff at GMHC is outstanding and she is proud to be one of the team members.

Sandy PackSandra Pack

Billing Manager
Sandy, who began working at GMHC in February 2010 with a wide and varied background in everything from cleaning to creating, manages the challenges of crisis residential (Hope House) and crisis response team (CRT) billing with vivacity and humor. Sandy is tireless, continually ensuring accurate billing and documentation by coordinating with related constituents and staff to clarify, verify and fact-check. With her admirable patience, Sandy is the embodiment of grace under pressure and an undeniable pleasure to work with. Sandy enjoys reading, playing games, listening to music and being with her family in her spare time.

Billing Specialist

Teri is a Bozeman native who felt compelled to move back here 13 years ago, after 10 years away. She spent 12 years in the Title and Escrow industry, doing real estate closings, then decided it was time for a change. Teri loves helping people and raising awareness of mental health, so GMHC was a great fit when she joined the team in June 2014. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and their furry canine and feline family.

Chelsey Paradis

Client Account Specialist/Certified Application Counselor

Chelsey was born and raised in Spokane, WA. In 2015, she moved from Billings, MT with her husband and 2 fur dog babies. She recently came from over 6 years in retail management and 3 years in the Veterinary Customer Service.  Her expansive knowledge in customer service makes her a great fit for the client account support staff team. Chelsey enjoys anything to do with craft projects, sports and outdoor activities. In her free time you can catch her walking her dogs, at the craft store or kayaking. She feels blessed to be so welcomed to the Gallatin Mental Health Center Family.

Shawnee Hawkins

Head Scheduler, Front Desk Lead

Shawnee was born and raised in Seattle WA. She moved to Bozeman with her husband and 2 kids 14 years ago to be closer to the outdoors. Her family enjoys biking , hiking, skiing, and kayaking . After being in retail management for 30 years she needed a change, that is when Shawnee decided to bring her customer service skills to the front desk at Gallatin Mental Health Center.

Kendra Mullin

Administrative Assistant/ Intake Coordinator

Joining GMHC in December of 2016, Kendra is excited to take on the role of intake coordinator. Born in Massachusetts and raised overseas, she has called Bozeman home for 15 years.

Kendra married her best friend 13 years ago. They are lucky enough to be the parents of a beautiful, aspiring young musician. The Mullin’s enjoy cooking, listening to music, and spending time together

Anne is fortunate enough to be a 5th generation Bozemanite. She enjoys camping, golfing, skiing and nature trail walks. She married her high school sweetheart; 22 years and counting! They have a 13 year old daughter and a miniature schnauzer. She recently joined GMHC in September 2016 and will be a great addition to our support staff.
